Tiger Woods makes history with record-tying 82nd career win: Zozo Championship leaderboard, scores.

Ten weeks after he last played and two months after having a fifth surgery to his troublesome left knee, Tiger Woods joined Hall of Famer Sam Snead in the record books with his 82nd PGA Tour victory on Monday (Sunday night in the United States). Snead's final PGA Tour win came in 1965, when he was 52 years old.

At the storm-delayed Zozo Championship, the first official PGA Tour event in Japan, Woods played seven holes under sunshine Monday morning to wrap up his historic triumph. With rounds of 64-64-66-67, Woods finished at 19 under to win by three shots over local hero Hideki Matsuyama.

Simone Biles ties record for most world medals with 23rd victory

The latest medal for gymnast Simone Biles is extra special. Her victory Saturday in the Women's Vault competition at the World Gymnastics Championships is her 23rd. That ties the record for the most world medals for any gymnast. The 22-year-old has two chances to break the record Sunday with balance beam and floor events.

49ers' Nick Bosa on track to be NFL's best Defensive Rookie of the Year of all time. 

Among Bosa's many accomplishments on the day, he became the first 49er with three sacks and an interception in a game since sacks became an official statistic in 1982.

He's also the first to pull off the feat since Kansas City's Chris Jones did it in Week 2 of the 2017 season and one of only three rookies to do it in a game, joining Minnesota's Kevin Williams and Carolina's Julius Peppers.

· Since the beginning of the calendar year, the Delray Beach, Florida, native has jumped 614 places in the World Tennis Association (WTA) rankings, breaking into the top-75 for the first time in her young career.

President Donald Trump Booed at Game 5 of World Series.

President Donald Trump was greeted with loud boos from the crowd at Game 5 of the World Series between the Nationals and Astros on Sunday.

Trump was shown on the big screen at Nationals Park during the team's  salute to veterans after the third inning. Fans in attendance loudly yelled "lock him up," a chant Trump supporters began in 2016 directed at his opponent and Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton.
